Tea Ceremony in Kimonos

As a part of welcoming activities for exchange students, Miyaoka-sensei and the Office of International Exchange arranged a tea ceremony at Shukkeien Garden.

International Snack Day






We had "International Snack Day"on campus. Exchange students brought some snack and sweets from their home country, and Japanese students got to try things they had never seen or tried before. International students also tried some of typical Japanese snack, such as seaweed rice crackers, tea-flavored cakes and umeboshi (pickled plums).

Spring 2008 Semester started!



16 exchange students from China, France, Indonesia, Korea, Mexico, Poland, and Russia are studying at HUE for the 2008 Spring/Summer Semester.
