Bingo night at HUE Cafe Time...?


We had "International Cafe" at Kodokan on Friday.

13 International Exchange Students and about 30 Japanese students came to the cafe and enjoyed BINGO game (with names of people who attended the event) together.

  


  
HUE Cafe Time had prepared for us some nice dishes for the evening as well...



Winners of BINGO game took home prizes (HUE T-shirts, Bags made in Indonesia, candies, etc), too!

my another part of my life...



Hallo...it's me doni...again..hahahaha
it's a nice sunday, no rain, clear sky, beautiful sun, fresh air...
on 18th may 2008... i went to church with Bart...hahahaha finally i found church in Japan, even it's chatolic church but it doesn't matter. I am happy to find that.
mmm...then after that i go to downtown as usual, i always go to downtown every weekend. Just for hanging out and for doing my lovely hooby...yeah! skateboarding!!! hahahah i love skateboarding actually...hehehehe i'll try to say in Japanese " boku wa skateboarding o totemo suki desu!!! " hehehe
i always play in Hanover park with my a lot of new Japanese skater friends there. I love them. they always play together and support me. You know that our logo is Sk8, Fun, and Destroy...yeah! we always having fun together and destroy everything. hahahaha nice, isn't it? then i also met a new friend, he owner of a sk8 shop near Parco, he is nice and very kind. As you know between each skater in every world our relationship is very good and very close. That's what i like, that's called a true friendship.
There, i give you my picture play sk8 in Hanover park, Hiroshima, place that i always play every weekend.I really enjoy that. Let's play sk8 with me guys...he3

Gion Activity Started!



First Gion Activity with kids was held at the community center.
Total of more than 100 people had attended the opening ceremony, and we tried some Japanese games with the kids.

i'm the only one indonesian in this short term exchange on this spring-summer period and the youngest student in this program...


Japan...??? mmm...my first impression about Japan is a very beautiful place in world, but actually it's true, b'coz yes it's tru that it is beautiful...i very enjoy living here, even in a first time i thought that Japan is a Mars planet or Pluto... (hahaha) because everything is totally different and difficult to find people who speaks English. Everything just make me shocked on that time,everything is new,everything is different, everything is small here...like my house, my bed, even my pillow... hahaha but i really enjoy that. I love to stay here...

about the japanese?... uuummm...they are nice actually, love to helping us as a foreigner here, they are very kind, so friendly to me and other foreign students, but actually i also have a worst experience here w/ the japanese...but i really love to stay here and happy to stay here...Thanks to my lovely God,my father Jesus Christ who gave me this opportunity to stay and live here, to improve myself here...hehehe

Flower Festival in Downtown Hiroshima


We were in the flower festival parade! We (well, the guys) carried a crane-shaped float on the streets of Hiroshima.
